Candidate Skills Module
Project [SHIFT]'s resource mapping tracker is a web based application that supports an unlimited number of users and projects and was developed to map people to location to availability.
Candidates entered into the system can be queried to their availability and the location of the employment opportunity.
This information then can be represented through a GIS system so that a company can review candidates by physical location, either home or work site.
In the same light the reverse can be queried, candidates can and companies can, be matched to specific skill set and resource requests (i.e. all companies who are hiring HR Administrators in zip code 85006 who were formerly Boeing Executives).
E-mail Alerts: Alerts can be sent to perspective candidates and/or employers to candidates based on their availability and willingness to work part-time, contract, or perm basis.
Project [SHIFT]'s employee resource tracker is a web based application that supports an unlimited number of users and projects.
Candidates entered into the system are assigned as a resource. Resources are then attributable to companies, so that they can be tracked on all assignments and their availability quickly known.
Candidates assigned to projects can further be assigned tasks and the time remaining to complete those tasks can be known, so that projecting of their availability for future employment can be known.
E-mail Alerts: Alerts can be sent via e-mail to all members indicating the status of projects and time remaining for the resource to complete the task/project.
Project [SHIFT]'s skills tracker is a web based application designed to track employee education, skill sets, certifications and training profiles.
The application will be used to identify employees with the specific skill sets and training, required to perform various projects or job opportunities required by employers.
The skill module update features allow for candidates to be reviewed for specific job skill sets, specific job knowledge on subject matter and and other job related facts.
